Consistency ≠ Perfection
I’ll be honest…
It’s been about a MONTH since I last landed in your inbox! 😳
Between life, training, and getting into the groove of things post prep , my usual rhythm slipped. But instead of beating myself up about it, I used it as a reminder of something I tell my clients all the time:
👉 Consistency isn’t the same as perfection.
We all miss a workout, forget to track, or fall out of routine sometimes. What matters most is getting back on track. And since I had a whole month to reflect, here are 3 big takeaways you can apply to your own health + fitness journey!
1) Missing time doesn’t erase your progress!
One skipped week (or even a month) doesn’t undo months of hard work. Progress compounds over the long term, not the short term.

2) Momentum > motivation.
It’s not about waiting until you “feel” motivated again.
Taking one small action — like doing a quick workout, prepping one meal, or even just going for a walk — creates momentum that builds itself.

3) Get back on track, don’t start over.
You don’t need a “reset” every time you slip. Just pick up where you left off and keep going. That’s how results actually stick.
So if you’ve been feeling “off track,” let this be your sign to stop stressing about being perfect. Just take the next step forward.
