☀️ Summer’s 9 Weeks Away—Are You Ready?

Looking to achieve a goal by then?

Can you believe it? We are just 9 weeks away from the official start of summer!

Now’s the time when most people start to panic…

  • They realize there body isn’t looking or feeling how they hoped it would

  • Summer trips are booked, and suddenly the thought of wearing shorts or a swimsuit feels overwhelming

  • They feel like time is running out and start looking for quick fixes

But not you. You’re here to approach these weeks in the RIGHT way. With 9 weeks there is SO MUCH you can do to feel stronger, leaner, and more confident by the time summer rolls around.

Here are 3 quick ways to help you lock in your progress between now and summer:

1) Lift with Intention 🌟

Focus on progressive overload. This can mean adding weight, reps, or improving quality of reps week to week. Your body changes when it’s challenged.

Go into the gym with a plan. It’s not time for training whatever you “feel like” doing that day. Following a training program helps you actually put the idea of progressive overload into practice.

2) Nourish, Don’t Deprive 🍽️

Crash diets may sound tempting, but they are full of empty promises and backfire every time!

Instead, work on prioritizing protein, whole foods, and meals that actually satisfy you.

Avoid cutting out entire food groups or banning your favourite foods - it only leads to cravings, frustrations, and eventually, a binge. You can still make progress while enjoying things like chocolate, bread, and even dinners out. It is all about balance and creating sustainable habits, not extremes.

3) Be Consistent, Not Perfect 🧠

One “off” day isn’t going to make or break your progress. What matters is stacking more days “on” than not.

If you show up 4-5x a week, that is over 35 workouts between now and summer! That adds up!

Need help building a plan that actually gets results and feels doable?

Let’s make this your strongest and most confident summer yet!
