Your Body Isn’t Broken—It’s Just Underfed, Overstressed, and Undervalued
Stop blaming your body. Start fuelling it.
Real Talk:
Have you ever felt like:
❌ Your workouts aren’t “working”
❌ You’re constantly tired, bloated, or inflamed
❌ You’ve been “doing everything right” but nothing is changing…
It’s not because your body is broken.
It’s not because you need to eat less.
And it’s definitely not because you need to train harder.
Most likely?
👉 You’re under-eating, overstressing, and undervaluing what your body truly needs.
Here’s What That Looks Like:
🚫 Underfed
Low calories. Low carbs. Skipping meals.
And wondering why you feel fatigued, foggy, and moody.

Your body isn’t in fat-burning mode.
It’s in survival mode.
Fuelling properly is what allows muscle to grow, hormones to regulate, and energy to return.
Here’s What That Looks Like:
😫 Overstressed
Trying to out-cardio your food.
Never taking rest days.
Living in fight-or-flight.

You can’t build a strong body with a nervous system stuck in overdrive.
Cortisol impacts fat loss, recovery, sleep, and cravings.
Your stress matters.
Here’s What That Looks Like:
😓 Undervalued
Beating yourself up.
Picking yourself apart.
Thinking you have to earn food or rest.

This mindset is not only toxic—it’s exhausting.
Negative self-talk will only yield negative results.
You are a body to support.
So what’s the solution?
✨ Eat enough to fuel your body. Train with purpose. Rest intentionally.
✨ Fuel your body like someone who cares about what it can do.
✨ Stop punishing yourself into progress—and start supporting it.
I know it is easier said than done. I still find myself in some of these mindsets on occasion but just like anything, it’s about consistency, not perfection.
